Introduction to this Tricky Feature

A new tricky feature has been added to the world's popular app Instagram, which is similar to the feature of WhatsApp Messaging App.

As you will know that in WhatsApp there is a feature called Read Receipts, if you turn it off, then the person in front of you who has sent the message to you will not know that you have seen the message or not.

What Is Seen Feature In Messaging Apps ?

The seen feature is a feature in which the Sender sends the message to the recipients, and if the recipients have seen the message or opened the message. The sender of the message will know through blue tick, seen, or some other means.This feature is generally used in Messaging Apps.

What Is New Tricky Feature In Instagram

Now this feature of Whatsapp is also available on Instagram. It is not like the feature of WhatsApp, but it is definitely around it.But you can use this feature to a great extent.

As you know that whenever you see or open a message on Instagram, your front (Sender) is marked as a seen, which means that you have seen the message.

But the new hidden feature is in Instagram, Message which was sent by the sender and when you see the message, the sender would know that it has been seen, after this trick it will not happen.

The important thing to note here is that this feature can only be used to message people who are not in your friend list.

Meaning that if an unknown person messages you on Instagram, then you will see the message sent by that unknown person but that unknown person will not know that you have seen the message or not.

How to take advantage of this feature on Instagram

You can take advantage of this feature through the 2 ways I am going to tell you today.

First Way

-Go to Instagram app and check DM (Direct message).

-And turn off both your smartphone's wifi and Internet(Mobile) data.

-Now go back to the DM again on Instagram, make sure that the Mobile data and WiFi remain closed.

-In this way, when you see the message, the seen feature will not work there.

-But keep in mind that this seen feature will be turned on as soon as the internet data is turned on.

Second Way

-When you get a message from a user on Instagram, do not click on it

-Now visit that user's profile, and click on the three dots given in the top right corner, and then click on the Restrict option.

-By doing this, the message of that user's profile will be moved to the request folder.

-The message seen in this folder is not a seen mark
